In the exterior of the standard model, plating decoration has been added to the front grille and lower bumper, giving a slightly more gorgeous impression compared to the simple design of the previous generation.
The interior design is the same as before, with a dark brown interior color as the base color, and the seats and paint decorations are unified in brown to create a high-quality and calm atmosphere.
The exterior of the custom model has been changed to wide front grille. By changing the design of the chrome plating on the lower bumper, a wider and more powerful front face has been given. In addition, the rear bumper has been chrome plated with decoration. Also, it has been unified with black coloring with a profound feeling, such as installing a special aluminum wheel painted in black.
The interior has the same black interior color as before, but some parts such as the steering wheel have been newly decorated with multi-black.
In addition, the "completed synthetic leather sheet", which is the first Honda K-Car to be used, has been adopted.
About the drive perspective, the control of the CVT has been reviewed. When it steps on the accelerator, it starts accelerating faster than before, and the engine speed increases and the response is better than previous model. Improvements have been made so that the acceleration power itself will last for a long time.
The strength of the engine brake on the downhill has also been optimized. In the past, there were occasions when the speed increased by the angle of inclination. However, due to the addition of control that strengthens the engine brake by the strength of stepping on the foot brake, improvements have been made to prevent the speed from unintentionally increasing on downhill slopes.
"Adaptive Cruise Control," which automatically adjusts the inter-vehicle distance, has raised the upper limit of the conventional set speed from the 110km/h to 120km/h. That is the response to the increase in the maximum speed of some highways in Japan.
In addition, the number of sonar sensors used for the rearward false start suppression function of Honda SENSING has been increased to four.
