Mazda Roadster Limited Edition "RS White Limited Selection" Released

On December 10, 2020, Mazda released Roadster and Roadster RF special edition model "RS White Limited Selection". and released it from the same day. It is a special one that combines the fun of manipulating with high quality. This is a limited edition model that accepts orders until March 31, 2021. (No limit on the number)



The interior is a bright pure white nappa leather seat that creates a cabin space with a bright tone that enhances the feeling of openness. Nappa leather is also used on the front of the seat back, the inside of the side support, the seat and the front of the headrest. As a result, the texture is further improved.



The center is also equipped with a 7-inch WVGA center display. By updating the software, it can use Mazda Connect, a connectivity system that always provides the latest services. It can safely operate convenient and fun functions such as Internet radio and hands-free calling while driving.



For the exterior, a new deep crystal blue mica has been added to the body color. The color that combines deep transparency and vividness emphasizes the elegance of the Roadster style.



This special edition model is based on the RS grade of the normal model installed Bilstein dampers. In addition, Brembo front ventilated discs & 4-pot opposed piston calipers (painted in red), RAYS forged 16-inch aluminum wheels (painted in dark gun metallic) + 195/50R16 tires (roadster soft top model), BBS forged 17-inch aluminum wheels (painted in black metallic) + 205/45R17 tires (Roadster RF retractable hard top model) are equipped as standard with items that enhance driving performance, so that you can feel the sharpened handling performance with your whole body.



The power train is the same as normal models, with the SKYACTIV-G 1.5 1496cc straight four DOHC 16V direct injection gasoline engine (132ps/15.5kg-m) + SKYACTIV-MT (6MT) for the Roadster. And for the Roadster RF, the SKYACTIV-G2.0 1997cc straight four DOHC 16V direct injection gasoline engine (184ps/20.9kg-m) + SKYACTIV-MT (6MT) is installed. All are set only for 6-speed manual transmission.

The safety function is equipped with Advanced Smart City Brake Support (with nighttime pedestrian detection function) as before to support safety.
