The current SIENTA, which underwent a full model change in August 2022, is the third generation. Like its predecessor, it offers both a 7-seater with three rows of seats and a 5-seater with two rows, while maintaining a compact and convenient body size that fits within the 5-number size category. This makes it a popular choice across a wide range of generations as a compact and versatile minivan.

The partial upgrade of the SIENTA mainly includes updates to the body color lineup and enhancements to its equipment.

The "Z" grade SIENTA now comes standard with a "10.5-inch Display Audio (Connected Navigation Compatible) Plus." This 10.5-inch Display Audio Plus features an HD resolution LCD panel with a capacitive touch panel, combining communication-based navigation with onboard navigation functionality. This addition ensures that even if communication is interrupted and the vehicle moves outside the stored map information, the navigation function can continue to be used.

Additionally, the "Z" and "G" grades of the SIENTA are now equipped with a "Panoramic View Monitor" as standard. The Panoramic View Monitor displays an image of the vehicle as seen from above on the display audio screen, allowing the driver to clearly check the surroundings in real-time, which may be difficult to see from the driver's seat alone.

Previously, only the gasoline-powered "X" grade SIENTA had a wireless door lock remote control with a wireless key. However, with this partial upgrade, the "Smart Entry & Smart Start System" with a smart key is now standard.

The optional settings have also been expanded in this partial upgrade of the SIENTA. The "Digital Key," which allows a smartphone to be used as a vehicle key, is now available as an option for the "Z" and "G" grades. The "External Power Supply Attachment," which allows a power cord connected to the vehicle's outlet to be taken outside the vehicle while keeping the doors and windows closed, is available as an option for the hybrid models of the "Z," "G," and "X" grades. Additionally, a "Clean Ceiling Light (with nanoe X)" is now available as a dealer option.

Other changes to the SIENTA include the removal of the E-Four badge, the replacement of the "HSD Badge" on the back door with the "BEYOND ZERO Exterior Badge," and the change of the push start switch and bezel to black (only the bezel is changed to black in the gasoline models).

The new body color options for the SIENTA include "Platinum White Pearl Mica" (Z, G, X) and "Dark Gray × Urban Khaki" (Z, G).
