Toyota CROWN CROSSOVER Receives Partial Upgrades and Introduces Special Edition "RS LANDSCAPE".

In April 2024, Toyota applied partial upgrades to the "CROWN CROSSOVER" while introducing a special edition model called "RS LANDSCAPE" that incorporates an outdoor-inspired theme.

The Toyota CROWN CROSSOVER offers an innovative blend of sedan and SUV, delivering new value unbound by conventional concepts. It is available in two powertrain options: the "Dual Boost Hybrid System," combining a 2.4-liter turbo engine with a new-generation hybrid, and the "Series Parallel Hybrid System," combining a 2.5-liter engine with a hybrid system.

In this round of upgrades, Toyota added the 2.5L hybrid variant "Z" to the lineup and enhanced the door trim, instrument panel, and center console box with soft padding. Additionally, soft-feel painting was added to the instrument panel center panel. The interior color scheme has been changed from Black/Dark Chestnut to Black/Saddle Tan. Furthermore, the grades have been streamlined to "X," "G," "Z," and "RS," with the Z grade featuring a new 2.5-liter inline-four series parallel hybrid engine with a system maximum output of 234 PS. Previously exclusive safety features and high-grade navigation options available only in the RS grade are now standard in the Z grade, and comfortable rear seat options are also available.

The special edition "RS LANDSCAPE" is based on the Cross Over RS and features a unique 2-tone color scheme in Black × Urban Khaki. The suspension has been tuned to increase ground clearance by 25mm, enhancing off-road capability and forward visibility. It also comes with 245/60R18 all-terrain tires paired with 18×7½J aluminum wheels and center ornaments. Other features include "GORI GORI BLACK" painted over fenders, mudguards, hitch members, and a 60:40 split foldable rear seat with trunk-through functionality.

The "GORI GORI BLACK" paint on the over fenders is a special finish meticulously applied by craftsmen, expressing a unique textured feel with its uneven surface. The interior of the special edition "RS LANDSCAPE" adopts a special interior color called "Black Raster," with a "LANDSCAPE CROWN" logo engraved on the instrument panel.
