The Honda Freed/Freed+ special edition CROSSTAR BLACK STYLE is now available.

Honda has released the BLACK STYLE, a special edition of the compact minivan Freed/Freed+ crossover CROSSTAR with a tighter design and more individuality.

The Freed/Freed+ is a user-friendly compact minivan with a spacious interior and versatile seating arrangements, despite its compact, easy-to-manage 5-number size body.
The first generation was introduced in 2008, and the current model is the second generation introduced in 2016.
CROSSTAR is an SUV-like crossover model with a playful appearance thanks to its exclusively designed front grille and bumper, front lower spoiler, roof rails, and exclusive aluminum wheels.
The CROSSTAR Special Edition "BLACK STYLE" model is designed with black accents for a higher quality and refined style.

The exterior of the CROSSTAR Special Edition "BLACK STYLE" features black chrome plating on the front grille garnish and rear license garnish, 15-inch aluminum wheels exclusively designed for the CROSSTAR, door mirrors, outer door handles, and roof rails. and other items are all integrated in black. In addition, the front and rear lower spoilers and lower garnish are painted in gun metallic for a tighter look.
The LED high-mounted stop lamps have been changed to clear type.
Four body colors are available: Twilight Mist Black Pearl, Silver Mist Green Metallic, Platinum White Pearl, and the new Sonic Gray Pearl.


The interior of the CROSSTAR Special Edition "BLACK STYLE" features silver combination seats and interior stitching.

The CROSSTAR Special Edition "BLACK STYLE" is available with the same two powertrains as the Freed/Freed+, a 1.5-liter Atkinson DOHC i-VTEC + i-DCD hybrid or 1.5-liter direct injection DOHC i-VTEC, each with a choice of 2WD or 4WD. The transmission can be selected between 2WD and 4WD.
The hybrid model will be equipped with a 7-speed DCT transmission, while the gasoline model will be equipped with a CVT.

The CROSSTAR Special Edition "BLACK STYLE" comes standard with Honda SENSING preventive safety features to support safe driving in town and on highways.
The features remain unchanged from the base model CROSSTAR.
