Partially improved Mitsubishi Motors Delica D:2.

Mitsubishi has partially upgraded the DELICA D:2 in June 2023.

The Mitsubishi DELICA D:2 is a compact minivan sold on an OEM basis from Suzuki's SOLIO/SOLIO Bandit. The current model is the third generation, which will be released in 2020, and has been well-received for its compact size, which is smaller than a 5-number model, and its body design, which provides ample living space, as well as ease of use with sliding rear doors and seat arrangements.

The Mitsubishi DELICA D:2 has undergone the same improvements as the Suzuki SOLIO/SOLIO Bandit, including enhanced safety and comfort equipment.
The Mitsubishi e-Assist advanced safety equipment now includes a lane departure control function. The Lane Departure Control function is a support function that prompts the driver to steer the vehicle back into the lane when it is about to depart from the lane.

In addition, the power slide door reservation lock function has been enhanced with the addition of a function linked to the request switch for improved convenience. The request switch-locking function is a function that allows the driver to reserve door locks by pressing a switch on the front or rear door while the keyless operation key is carried and the sliding door is closed. Since the locking is completed as soon as the power sliding door is closed, there is no need to wait for the power sliding door to close, and yet it is easy to operate.

The exterior of the Mitsubishi DELICA D:2 remains unchanged, with some changes to the body color lineup. The newly added body colors are "Caravan Ivory Pearl Metallic" and "Tough Khaki Pearl Metallic," while the other seven colors remain monotone as before.
The DELICA D:2 Custom comes in Pure White Pearl/Mineral Gray Metallic 2-tone roof, Mellow Deep Red Pearl/Mineral Gray Metallic 2-tone roof, Caravan Ivory Pearl Metallic/Mineral Gray Metallic 2-tone roof, Tough Khaki Pearl Metallic/Mineral Gray Metallic 2-Tone Roof, bringing the lineup to a total of eight colors, four monotone and four 2-tone, for an even wider variety of body colors to choose from.

The powertrain of the Mitsubishi DELICA D:2 remains unchanged with a mild hybrid system that combines a 1.2-liter engine with a generator with motor function and a dedicated lithium-ion battery.
