Nissan and NMC announce the launch of "NOTE AUTECH CROSSOVER + Active"

Nissan Motor and Nissan Motor Sports & Customize (NMC) announced on December 20th that they will add and release "NOTE AUTECH CROSSOVER + Active".

The current NOTE will be the third generation to be released in 2020 and will be an e-power exclusive model. The NOTE AUTECH CROSSOVER is an SUV model with specially tuned suspension from the custom model NOTE AUTECH model and larger tires of 16 inches.
"AUTECH" is derived from Autech Japan, which started as a company that handles customization and mounting of Nissan's special purpose commercial vehicles and welfare vehicles. It is known as a brand characterized by craftsmanship and sporty and luxurious styling, with attention to detail such as materials.
In addition to its sporty and luxurious styling, the AUTECH CROSSOVER features a 25mm increase in ground clearance for excellent running performance and visibility on rough terrain and snowy roads.
In addition, the body size is a size that is easy to handle for everyday use, and the total height is set to 155 cm or less, so it can be placed in a multi-story parking lot.

NOTE AUTECH CROSSOVER + Active is a new grade of AUTECH CROSSOVER with a silver front protector and roof molding that emphasizes the SUV style.


The exterior is equipped with AUTECH-exclusive dark chrome front grille and grille finisher, AUTECH CROSSOVER-exclusive wheel arch garnish, side sill protectors, and AUTECH CROSSOVER emblems on the front and rear.
Other equipment includes electric retractable remote control door mirrors with special side turn lamps with a metallic finish, special signature LEDs that glow blue, LED headlamps, an adaptive LED headlight system, and LED fog lamps.

In the interior, dark wood-like finishers, synthetic leather armrests with blue stitching, front center armrests, and rear center armrests, which are also exclusive to AUTECH, have two cup holders.
The seats are equipped with black leatherette seats with AUTECH CROSSOVER exclusive blue stitching, and "AUTECH CROSSOVER" is embroidered.
The steering wheel is wrapped in exclusive black genuine leather, and the AUTECH emblem is placed on the center console.

The power train is the same as the base car NOTE AUTECH CROSSOVER, and there is no change to the series hybrid "e-POWER" that stores the electricity generated by the 1.2L inline 3 engine in the battery and is driven by the motor. There is also a 2WD model that drives the front wheels with one motor, and a 4WD model that drives the rear wheels with two motors.
