Toyota SIENTA undergoes a full model change!

Toyota's compact minivan "SIENTA" has undergone a full model change for the first time in seven years.
The new model is the third generation, and while maintaining the compact body size, it is a model that further refines the "user-friendly interior space" from the previous model.

The exterior of the new SIENTA features rounded corners for a compact silhouette. The compact size makes it easier to handle. With a large side protection molding attached, it has a highly tool-like design that can be used without hesitation in a variety of situations. In addition, the appearance that somehow has the atmosphere of a French car is also attractive.
In addition, the overall length (4,260 mm) and width (1,695 mm) of the previous model remain unchanged, while the floor height is lowered and the height of the sliding door opening is increased by 60 mm, making it easier to get on and off.

The LED projector headlamps have daylights with slits on the outer circumference, and the dot-patterned LED stop lamps are surrounded by LED tail lamps in a "U" shape around the rear. It is a design that does not exist.
In addition, the “SIENTA” logo is also placed on various parts of the body to make you feel playful.

The interior of the new SIENTA comes in two types: a 2-row seat for 5 people and a 3-row seat for 7 people.
The 2-row, 5-seater type has a rear tilt-down structure of the second seat that has been revised to lower the seat back height when stowed, increasing the luggage compartment height by 50 mm compared to the previous model. Large luggage such as bicycles can also be loaded.
In addition, the 3-row 7-passenger type is equipped with a "5:5 split third seat dive-in mechanism", enabling the use of 2-row and 3-row seating as needed.
The engine installed in the new SIENTA is a hybrid specification of 1.5L dynamic force engine + electro shift matic (Z grade) or straight shift (G / X grade). On the other hand, the gasoline specification is a 1.5L dynamic force engine + Direct Shift-CVT. The Direct Shift-CVT is equipped with a 10-speed sequential shiftmatic that allows you to enjoy manual-like shift changes.
WLTC mode fuel consumption (2WD) for hybrid specifications is 28.2 to 28.8km/L, and for gasoline specifications is 18.3 to 18.4km/L.
All new SIENTA models are equipped with the latest "Toyota Safety Sense" as standard equipment.
By adding motorcycles (daytime) to vehicles, pedestrians, and cyclists, the detection range has been expanded, contributing to collision avoidance or damage mitigation, and expanded support at intersections with a high accident rate.
Would you like to drive with the new SIENTA which looks like a French car?
