NEW X-TRAIL Debut on 5th Nov. Improvement in specifications.

The X-TRAIL is an authentic middle size SUV that boasts high rough road driving performance as well as city use. It has the driving assistance technology "ProPilot", and it will reduce driver fatigue even on long drives.

In addition, the 4WD grade installed the electronically controlled 4WD system "Intelligent 4x4" has been highly evaluated as a authentic 4WD vehicle that can respond to an all road surfaces.

With this improvement in specifications, the exterior color and interior quality have been improved to create a more sophisticated image.



The exterior as front grille, front and rear lower bumpers, door lower molding and back door finisher have been changed to dark chrome. Also, the outdoor handle has been changed to colored type (same as body color) from chrome plating. Furthermore, the aluminum rims have also been changed to dark colors for all grade. Therefore, the overall appearance is calm and elegant.



All grades except the "20S V Selection" are equipped with power seats as standard equipment in the driver's seat and passenger seat.

In addition, the "real leather shift knob with manual mode function" is standard equipment on all models, improving not only comfort but also operability when driving on winding roads such as mountain roads.

The X-TRAIL seat is also equipped with a waterproof sheet that can be wiped off even if it gets dirty, making it easier to use as an outdoor gear.

Also, the "20Xi Leather Edition", "20Xi Leather Edition V Selection", and "20Xi HYBRID Leather Edition", it can be choosen black leather seats in addition to the conventional tan leather.



In system of safety performance, it is has with automatic brake that uses millimeter-wave radar, "ProPilot" and "Intelligent FCW (Forward Collision Warning)" as before.

FCW is a function that senses and warns the vehicle two cars in front. There are not many examples of adoption by other manufacturers, and it is an advanced function that was installed only in the flagship model "Skyline" even at Nissan.



The biggest changing point due to this improvement in specifications is that comfort functions are standard equipment. Especially, gasoline 4WD are equipped with power seats and real leather shift knob with manual mode function as standard equipment, and the price is the same as before. In other words, gasoline 4WD is the same as being discounted.
